HCBS Developments has partnered with Jindal Stainless as the stainless steel supply partner for its upcoming residential project, “Twin Horizon,” located in Sector-102, Gurugram.
Under the collaboration, HCBS will use “Jindal Infinity” stainless steel rebars in key structural components such as diaphragm walls and raft foundations to address high groundwater conditions and enhance durability and corrosion resistance in the project.
Spread across 5.2902 acres, the development will comprise two high-rise residential towers with 268 housing units along with seven commercial spaces. The project has been designed by Morphogenesis, while Krishna Buildestates is overseeing project execution and delivery.
According to the company, excavation and diaphragm wall work for Tower West have been completed, while similar foundational work for Tower East is currently in progress.
